The Digital Access Initiative 2026 provides schools, municipalities, public authorities and non-profit organisations with more than 10,000 free licences of LW Lernwelt, LW Workspace Professional and Baufuchs.io – no fee, no consideration required and no automatic conversion into a paid subscription.
Launched in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with EU-wide expansion planned from 2027 and worldwide grants from 2028. Operated by Kili Computer, Heidenheim, Germany, with all data processed inside the EU.
Process: send the enquiry, have your status verified, receive a written grant confirmation, then use the licence keys with named support. Response usually within five working days.

Because LW Lernwelt, LW Workspace and Baufuchs.io are developed in-house, a free licence carries no purchasing cost – and we pass that entire margin on. Funded institutions receive the same full version as paying customers: permanent, usable offline, without ads and without tracking of children.
